What is the London Sightseeing Pass?
The London Sightseeing Pass is one of four day-based sightseeing passes for London (see all candidates in my London pass comparison). If you are visiting London, they are a great way to experience the sights, boat tours and other tours at a low price and see the best of London.
You can choose between the London Sightseeing Pass for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 days, so it is also interesting if you are only in town for a short time.
As soon as you use it for the first time, it will be activated (not at the time of purchase).
And here comes the catch: with very few exceptions, none of the major attractions are included in the pass! So be sure to check out my favorites – the London Pass Plus and the London Explorer Pass.

My London Sightseeing Pass experiences
What I like about the London Sightseeing Pass
- Hop-on Hop-off tickets included
- Harry Potter walking tour included
- Boat tour included
What I don’t like about the London Sightseeing Pass
- the program includes many so-called insider tours that I would not visit even after 10+ visits to London
- days must be consecutive
Alternatives to the London Sightseeing Pass
I think the London Pass Plus, the London Pass and the London Explorer Pass are much better because they give you a choice of well-known attractions.
